The Road Chef 12 Volt Air Fryer is something that you must see to believe. The element and fan draw 22A at 12V DC so it is a must that an Anderson and appropriate wiring is used in the set up. While 22A is a ‘big draw’, the relatively quick speed of cooking of the Air Fryer when compared with other conventional 12V cooking ovens makes it a real winner. For example, to cook a pie from frozen in a conventional oven would take around 1.5hrs drawing from 10 to 30 amps depending on the oven. When cooked in the Road Chef Air Fryer it can be done, from start to finish in 30 minutes so the draw will be approximately 11 Amp, only beaten by the Road Chef Little Tacker!
If the draw is then compared to using a 240V air fryer through an inverter, then the Road Chef 12V Air Fryer really shines! While inverters are great, their inefficiencies will result in significantly greater draws especially through the high wattage inverters required to power an air fryer. The 60 minute count down timer will switch off to protect your battery, just in case you forget!
The Road Chef Air Fryer has been designed with the traveller in mind. It is compact, so it can easily be stored in a tub or cupboard when not in use. Weighing less than 3kgs it is both easy to carry and contributes very little to the GVM of a vehicle. Oversized Shipping
Some items are heavy and bulky, and for those oversized items with known shipping charges, we will display these rates in the checkout.
Other oversized items don't have a fixed shipping rate, so we'll provide you with a quote on the best rates and method to your location after we check with our range of specialist shipping partners.

Returns
In order to make a return the following points must be met.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- Item/s must be in original and unused condition.
- All packaging must still be in original condition.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and may take several working days to show in your account.
- We will notify you when the refund has been made so that you can track funds.
- Any postage charges incurred in the original transaction will not be refunded, unless we have incorrectly supplied an item.
Online purchases
If you are not happy with your online purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the original order date. To be eligible for return, the terms as outlined above must be met.
