  1. Shop online at Carac.
  2. Select Click & Collect as your delivery method.
  3. Wait for your order confirmation via text or email or a phone call from us to let you know your good(s) are ready to collect.
  4. Pick up your order & Happy Travels.
When can I pick up my click and collect order?

Click and Collect will generally be available the same day your order is placed. We like to pick our orders promptly, so you will hear from us quickly. 

If the item(s) you ordered are out of stock we will be in touch with an ETA, we will provide updates along the way and then contact you when it arrives in store.

You may collect your order during our store trading hours. 

Monday – Friday: 8.30am - 5.00pm

Saturday: 9.00am - 5.00pm

Sunday: 10.00am - 4.00pm

What do I need to bring to collect my Click & Collect order.

To collect your order, you will need your Order Confirmation. This can be printed or shown on your phone. You will also need identification that lists your name, such as a credit card, Medicare card or driver’s license.

Can someone collect for me?

Of course they can. You will just need to let us know that someone else is picking up on your behalf. This person will be required to show photo identification, such as a driver’s license, when collecting your order. They will also need your name and order number.

What happens if the item(s) I purchase is not in stock?

If the item(s) you ordered are out of stock we will be in touch with an ETA, we will provide updates along the way and then contact you when it arrives in store. If some of the items you order are available for pick up, you are more that welcome to collect those and further wait for the outstanding items.
