Definitions

"User" means the person or entity using the website.
"Owner" means the company that owns the website, Caracs Caravan Accessories
"Service Provider" means the company providing the website content management system and hosting services to the Owner for the website.
"Website" means "https://shop.carac.com.au/"

Terms of Use Agreement

The use of this site is governed by the terms and conditions as set out below. Your use of this site and placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Pricing and Availability

At Carac we try and ensure that all details and prices which appear on this website are accurate. Errors however may occur. If we discover an error in the price or payment of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible, and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

All prices are inclusive of GST.

Processing your order

At Carac we will process your order within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. From this point your order will be logged with Australia Post for delivery or you will be notified of any delays relating to unavailability of stock.

Tracking your order

When your online purchase has been processed, you will receive an email containing confirmation details pertaining to your purchase and delivery particulars. You will be provided with a link that will allow you to track the status of your delivery at any time.

Delivery Method/Postage

Within Australia we send our orders via registered post with Australia Post. We have a $10 flat postage fee on standard items excluding Western Australia destinations. WA standard items are changed at $15 for registered post with Australia Post. Express Post options are also available.

Some items are considered large and/or unable to be shipped. You will be offered the option of a quoted shipping rate at the checkout for large items and in some cases we will need to call you to confirm the final shipping fee after you have placed your order. You will not be charged for shipping in these cases until we have agreed a shipping price with you. Your large/bulky order will be shipped after we have agreed shipping fees with you and received payment for the shipping fee.

The normal delivery time for registered postage items is 5 to 7 working days. Delivery times can vary depending on location, availability of the item and the size of the product. Delivery times provided by Carac are an estimate only. Australia Post will provide more relevant delivery time frames during peak periods. All postage items can be tracked via Australia Post on https://auspost.com.au/track/.

Click and Collect

Click & Collect is available at Carac subject to stock availability at the time of your online purchase. There is no additional fee charged to Click & Collect orders.

You will receive either an email, or phone-call from Carac to confirm the order is ready to be collected. Click and Collect times are to occur within the stores trading hours.

If the item purchased is in stock and available, you will hear from Carac within 24 hours of the order been placed. Carac will endeavour to process Click & Collect orders as quickly as possibly within their store trading hours.

Alternatively, if the item is not available in stock you will hear from Carac with an expected time of availability.

To collect your order in store, your order confirmation, Photo ID and the credit card that was used for the transaction are required to pick up your order. Acceptable forms of ID include Drivers licence, Proof of Age Card or Passport.

Contactless click and collect is also available at Carac.

To protect our customers, only the person specified on the order confirmation is able to collect the order with appropriate identification (unless the customer has made arrangements with Carac for a third party to pick up the item on their behalf).

Orders for collection at Carac must be collected within 30 days of the store giving you notice by telephone or by email that your order is available for collection. If your order is not collected within this time, Carac has the right to allocate those goods to another customer and re-order the goods for you.

Faulty Items and Warranty Information

All repairs/replacement for faulty goods are carried out by the manufacturer and not by Carac. We will do everything we can to get your items back to the supplier/manufacturer for assessment and keep you updated along the way.

Order cancellation

If we are notified before the goods have been dispatched we can accommodate cancellations. If items have already been sent we reserve the right to refuse the order cancellation.

Refunds and Returns

We will gladly exchange or refund any product under the following conditions;

  • All returns and exchanges must be within 30 days of your purchase;
  • Proof of purchase (receipt) is required with all returned items;
  • All items must be returned in original condition. All tags and packaging must be intact;
  • No returns on sale items;
