Alarm Integration

SMS Notifications
For faster and reliable notifications, our alarm system sends activation alerts directly to you via SMS. We understand the importance of swift communication during alarm events, and that’s why we prioritize SMS notifications over app-based notifications.
Unlike apps that can be slow or easily shut down by phone settings, SMS notifications ensure immediate delivery to your mobile device. You can trust that you’ll receive timely alerts, keeping you informed about any security breaches or alarm activations related to your motorhome.
4G / 3G
The GPS / Communications hub has the best coverage with Telstra network 4G LTE and a 3G fallback should the 4G system not be available. Each GPS / Communications hub comes with a SIM and is ready to go once you have selected a subscription package
Live Tracking
When an unauthorised tow is detected whilst the alarm is armed the GPS / Communications hub goes to live tracking to update the location of your vehicle every 30 seconds
Battery Fail / Cut
Ensure continuous protection for your motorhome with the RVsecure alarm system. In the unfortunate event of a battery failure or disconnection, our system is designed to detect and alert you promptly.
With our advanced technology, you’ll receive an alarm signal immediately if there is an issue with your battery. This proactive feature ensures that you are aware of any battery-related problems that may compromise your security.
Battery Backup
In the event of a battery failure or tampering, the GPS/Communications hub seamlessly switches to the backup power source, allowing it to continue providing crucial signals and tracking functionality. You can have peace of mind knowing that your caravan’s security and tracking capabilities remain intact, regardless of any attempts to disable the main battery.

We aim to have your parcel delivered as soon as possible. Sometimes, unavoidable delays can occur. If you have not received your order in the time frame provided, please get in touch with us at online@carac.com.au.

Standard Size Shipping
- $10 Flat Rate - all states except WA (2-5 business days)
- $15 Express Rate- all states except WA (1-3 business days)
- $15 Flat Rate - shipping to WA (3-8 business days)
- $20 Express Rate - shipping to WA (2-5 business days)
Oversized Shipping
Some items are heavy and bulky, and for those oversized items with known shipping charges, we will display these rates in the checkout.
Other oversized items don't have a fixed shipping rate, so we'll provide you with a quote on the best rates and method to your location after we check with our range of specialist shipping partners.

Returns
In order to make a return the following points must be met.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- Item/s must be in original and unused condition.
- All packaging must still be in original condition.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and may take several working days to show in your account.
- We will notify you when the refund has been made so that you can track funds.
- Any postage charges incurred in the original transaction will not be refunded, unless we have incorrectly supplied an item.
Online purchases
If you are not happy with your online purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the original order date. To be eligible for return, the terms as outlined above must be met.
